Serve it chilled..Ingredients :-Ripe Mango palp:- 1/2 cup Curd:- 1/2 cupOats:- 1tbsp Raisins:- 3-4Dates:- 2Seeds:- 2tspProcedure :-1.Soak oats about 20 minutes and then rinse it.2.Take medium size mango, peel & chopped it. *** You can choose any fruit according to your choice.3.In mixer, add oats, curd /yoghurt, chopped mangoes.4. Add 1/2 cup water & seedless soft dates. You can also add flaxseeds /chia seeds as per taste. 5. Now mix it at high speed until all the ingredients mix properly.6.Pour blended smoothie into serving glass and topped it with chopped almonds, raisins, seeds & mango cubes.7. You can put the smoothie in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, and serve it cold.
