Protein Packed corn and sprouts bhel- Mix steamed corn, steamed sprouts( i.e. the mixture of whole moong, black gram, ) steamed potato, tomato, capsicum, carrot, onion soaked peanuts, lemon juice and coriander along with rock salt, roasted cumin powder and black pepper powder. U can also add cabbage and lettuce leaves to make it more nutritious. it's a full balanced meals
